David Showed Us Around Baltimore

We have always wanted to go to Baltimore, Maryland and see where David served his mission. He gave us the grand tour and then some. It was fun to see the different places David lived and also see the variety of areas that he served from the affluent areas to the blocks and blocks of row houses; some with boarded up windows and doors. It was raining, but David showed us Fort McHenry where a flag flies day and night because it is the place where Francis Scott Key saw the huge flag when he wrote "The Star-Spangled Banner". We had just seen the original flag yesterday at the Smithsonian so we really wanted to see where it had originally flown. We also walked around the Baltimore Harbor and saw the Chesapeake Lighthouse Boat. No visit to Baltimore would be complete without having crab cakes and so we ended our day at a place known for its great crab cakes, Kocos, and we weren't disappointed.
